Description


Identify the occupational risks and vulnerabilities that can happen in a massive event, in this case a rock music festival. The target audience is mostly adolescents, the younger age to attend is fourteen years old and adults in general.

Design of a strategic prevention plan

➢ Verify the existence of points of security, control and management of situations which could put at risk the lives of those who attend the festivities.

➢ Manage the closure of 43A Street and the roads that require it in case of an eventuality for the rapid flow of emergency vehicles and others that require it.

➢ Have an adequate and safe electrical installation for all the equipment and structures to be used, which includes at least its physical distribution, electric charge management, fire protection systems and cable distribution.
➢ Do not cancel the event, unless the risk conditions are very high and the PMU considers it necessary.
➢ Not allow public management in Emergency Parking, Production Zone (Internal, External and entry and exit roads) and behind the stage or presentation place.
➢ Take into account the recommendations for use of the structure of this place.

➢ Revision and Maintenance of Security, Separation and Perimeter Fences.
➢ Development of Control and Follow-up Measures for the attendees and the different structures, for the optimal management of the different sectors for the public at the Event Venue.
➢ Restriction of the Public to Areas not suitable for the location of this.
➢ Do not allow the location of public on or recumbent on the perimeter fences (Special Enclosure) of the Plaza de Eventos or the perimeter fences of the Resurgence Park.
➢ If any type of structure fails, the Phase of the Event involved in the Time required to take the required measures in coordination with the PMU and the Redistribution of the Public should be stopped if necessary. For this point, it is important to manage adequate information to the public through the parameters of the Public Information Plan.
➢ Adequate signage for the optimal functional management of structures and the public.

External Food Poisoning

➢ Verify the Development of controls on street vendors through the Police and the Local Mayor's Office.

➢ Review of health regulations (Expiration, Licenses, Manipulation and Storage) of the Foods that are sold instead of the Event.
